How to Create and Name a Group Text on iPhone

When I click on the "i" button at the top right of the page, I don't get the option to name the message?

If you can't see group name when you tap (I) icon video shows above, that means one of your recipients don't use iPhone. You can only change Iphone group name if all your recipients is use Iphone.

Went through the sequence with my iPhone5 but as I key in the intended recipients the 'New Group MMS' notification does not appear.

For everyone asking even if everyone has an iphone it still sends seperately, just ask your friends if they have imessage activated. We had the same issue and apparently one of us didn't activate imessage from settings. They activated and it worked

I have an iphone xr and no way no how can I get the option to name the group and your instructions are very clear and i have reviewed them and tried over and over

naming doesnt work for Iphone SE version :( . There is no option to name group unless you have to do this when creating the group for the first time

I’ve made a group and all of the members have iPhone and i still can’t see any group name option and also when i send them the msgs I’m getting reply in personal text not in the group chat why ? Help please

when i do this, it just sends the message separately

Guys some times it doesn't say the option when you click on the top right button. All you have to do is try scrolling up. It might not work but it worked when I did it. :D

I think everyone has to have an iphone in order to have the "New Group" feature on your iphone like on the video. Doesn't seem to work if you have a mix of iphone and android users.
