A visit to Göbeklitepe - The world's oldest excavated temple (Şanlıurfa, Turkey travel vlog)

It was a dream come true when Tea got to visit Göbeklitepe in Şanlıurfa, Turkey.

Göbeklitepe is know as the world's oldest excavated temple. It is located in Turkey, in the midle of nowhere. Historically, there are a lot of unanswered questions but that does not make the place less fascinating to visit - almost the opposite.

We loved this place. In 2021, there were very few other visitors, so we had the place pretty much to ourselves! In this video you can learn a little about the history of the place, as well as see how incredibly beautiful it is.
