1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
Cider Vinegar
Worster Sauce

1lb. Unsmoked Bank Bacon
1 Shallot
1.5 lbs Ground Pork
1 Chunk Smoked Cheddar
1 Head of Lettuce
Small Buns
1 Tomato
