Fantastic beasts is great in my opinion. An both actors who play Gellert Grindelwald were actually really great actors in different way's and deserve utter respect etc. Though I personally believe Mads Mikkelsen's version of Gellert Grindelwald was just not able to reach the same level of greatness, he was still a great Gellert Grindelwald in many way's. I just feel he was changed far to much from the original character of Gellert Grindelwald that it just wasn't the same. Now the character Gellert Grindelwald was originally played by none other than Johnny Depp of course. There maybe a little favouritism there as Johnny Depp is one hundred percent, hands down one my favourite actors ever. I guess you just can't change a character so easily when your so badly in love with the first Actor. Maybe that's part the reason I can help believe that nobody was able to out shine Johnny Depp's version of Gellert Grindelwald. Though Mads Mikkelsen's is definitely a great call too step in too xx
