Those Toyotas are indestructible. I had a 2003 Echo, drove it for 18 years, never broke down, never had to repair anything on it. (apart from the usual maintenance, breaks, battery, etc)

Sold it to a friend 2 years ago for 500$, and he was still driving it this winter. (until someone crashed into it)

More than 10 years ago on I-70 I saw a Prius going up Vail pass. It did well. I passed it in my Mercury Grand Marquis but I gotta say I was impressed by that Prius.

I’m a Automotive Technician of 21 years and work on alot of Prius’s. Not say they aren’t good cars. They will definitely need more work then brakes and oil changes. And the rear brakes tend to need to be done before the front. Yea the Prius is like that.

My sister's prius was burning oil... but only because she wouldn't get it changed, and only put 2 quarts in one it started yelling, i serviced it, and it's happy as can be. SOLID cars

That’s why I’m buying a hybrids only! I love my Prius 2015, only 53000 miles! Very comfortable car, I like that you can stretch your legs seating in back with no problems. Front seats are lifted and you can put your legs under it, not like all other cars that front seats are so low and you can’t stretch your legs
