M-Net ID History: The Rare Identities (feat. kykNET)

This is a long (partially) and first ident history that never sleeps through or not, including kykNET. Since I never made some ident histories before, so I decided to take a long journey with a side project like 50/50 sometimes. So in my third compilation, this time, I will be focusing on South African M-Net (not to be confused with the same name in Korea), and I hand over some pack of full rare crystals that I've found over Internet (especially YouTube and Vimeo).

Due to a celebration of my 18th birthday, which is just 6 days away. Oh nevermind, due to a celebration of students, this present of the find will feature some Idents,bumpers, promos, production company, and some institutional promos on M-Net during research.

However, it was founded on October 4, 1986, as a subscription channel established by MultiChoice (formerly Naspers owned) and operates the DStv satellite. It is one of the most popular channel in the country, it broadcasts both local and international programming, including entertainment, kids, films, and sports.
This will also include kykNET, which is an Afrikaans-language television channel which is owned by M-Net.
Open Time was not included except the only text was included.
So, that's many finds of treasures that would be an adventure for my student, and I hope South Africans will remember these expectations. Enjoy!

My favourite logo was the 1990-1992 ones with the queen we wont stop the magic song. That was when my dad bought us an MNet decoder. Many hours spent laying on carpet in front of tv, even while it was just the lineup screen with music before Ktv started at 3pm in the afternoon.

This experience happened in the context of the Apartheid system and South African TV landscape was transformed.

20:26 This is 2013 until 2014 kykNET ident. And Apr2021 until current ident with "Soveel Meer" slogan. 21:24 because Mar 2017 until Apr 2021 one got a different branding with "Vol Lewe" slogan.
