How to turn on samsung A32 without power button

How to turn on a samsung a32 phone without a power button - with a broken one.

This is not working for my A32, tried multiple times and it kept going to the charging screen showing the battery percent. Are you doing anything differently from me? I am doing a long press on both sides of the volume button and then plugging it into my laptop and every time it fails to work. Thanks.

It Does work keep trying. Press volume up and down (approx 10 times) then hold both up and down together and plug your phone into a charging cable into your laptop. as soon as the blue screen comes up keep pressing the volume down button and your phone will come on. Life saver!!

it's it depends on your cable if it's original samsung, i guess. first i tried with an aftermarket cable for samsung because my old one has some issues(doesn't change properly), it didn't worked and i picked my old one, the original one and it worked, thank youu

Doesn't work on my A32 5G at all... just keeps showing its charging.

I can confirm this has worked for me more than once in the past. However this time, on the blue start up screen I accidentally hit the volume down button and it moved on to a software download screen (still with a blue background). It doesn't seem to be changing from this screen, as if it's stuck. Can you help on what I should do? It does say on the screen to press the 'volume down and side key'. However, assuming the side key is the power button I cannot do this, as I have a broken power button.
