Great Video!

I would add safety aspect.

Outside Danger

Motor Home = If there is danger you can relocate whilst staying inside protected.

Caravan = You need to get out and into the towing vehicle. Not to mention you may need to drive with all the stabilisers extended. Also due to the length and ability to detach the towing vehicle, you may not be connected whilst in a caravan park etc. and therefore not ready to escape or get away from immediate or impending danger.

Towing Danger

Motor home = No fear of the home detaching from the coupling. Less sensitive to speed and no swaying of a towed trailer.
Caravan = Hitch can come lose if old or improperly connected (without chains etc). Lights may not work as second set of lights need to be checked and the plugs/harness may be damaged/lose or need repair. Open to swaying dangers.

Weight Distribution Danger

Motor Home = Towed trailer likely to be lighter than the motor home making it safer with less considerations.
Caravan = Towed caravan likely to be heavier than the towing vehicle making more considerations and equipment necessary such as weight distribution of gear inside the caravan, tow ball weight percentage, weight distribution hitches etc.

Keep up the good work!
