QUESTION: I have a steel frame, mechanical and external routing. Do you recommend I still use the "inner sleeves" for my ITA BB? Is it only there to protect internally routed cables, or does it improve the "fit"? I am concerned about BB creaking.

Bought your ITA BB for my Pinarello F12 (X-light) frame. Tolerances seem great, and this video seems to imply light grease is all I need for installation.

Then why do I hear everybody else suggest Loctite (e.g. 243) to mount the BB? Is it because some bikes have titanium threading in the frame for the BB? Having an answer would be preferred before mounting this, because remounting something introduces further wear in the frame.

Hi, why do I use cs t45 on the colnago v3rs, there will be abnormal noise, but after using the original sleeve of the colnago and then using the bb86 bottom bracket, this problem will not occur

Considering the price of the BB I'm very unimpressed by the lack of effort to supply specs / the right tool to insert the T45. I bought the BB as the best one for my new Colnago frame, but now the T45 BB tool from Abbey tools doesn't fit, and this one mentioned below isn't on your website. What is the correct tool to insert a T45 BB into a Colnago frame? And why is this not specifed in the instructions?

You guys need to step up your customer service because is horrible. I was just with “Rob” and it looks he don’t want to work. based in the fact that you guys are the only ones that work with Colnago and there is no other way around it, and super expensive, at least try to be better helping us out.

Looks like Hambini was right, the tool will scratch the frame during installation because of the poor design of the BB outer shell.
