Khalid ibn al-Waleed (R.A.)
Hazrat Ali (R.A.)
Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.)
1) defeated the Sassanids and byzantines with much smaller and less armed forces, fought with his men like Caesar and Alexander.
2) conquered the impenetrable gates of khaybar, showed incredible feats of strength and cunning in battle while fasting for an entire month.
3) lead small groups of people to eventually set the stage for a four continent spanning, massive empire. Started one of the main 5 religions and died early into the formation of his nation, yet it stayed strong through his teachings.

One small correction on Mehmed II part. The name İstanbul was taken in 1930 after the Republic. During the Ottoman Era the city's official name was Konstantiniyye/Constantinople
