Chair Yoga Downward Facing Dog Days Series - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses for our challenge including seated Warrior I pose. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class.

Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.

This 27 minute yoga practice is class 3 of our 30 class yoga journey together. Join us as we build our practice from the ground up. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and improve focus.

You’ll only need a chair. We’ll stay seated the entire time.

Just what I needed today :D Thanks Carol. My intention today was soft & gentle. I considered that throughout the class and it eased poses that felt especially strong (always the goddess arms, lol).
