You have to give credit to Billy in this part of the film. He goes into a dark department store to take on this creature with just a bat. No heavily tattooed, shaved headed, juiced up dude in a muscle hoodie from today's era would even think about going in there. He would fold up like a lawn chair.

Stripe wasn't messing around. He was straight up trying to merc Billy. Thats why this film still works today. There is an edge to it thats pretty remarkable.

It's supposed to be called, "Billy Fights Stripe", not "Billy Fights Gremlin" that Gremlin has a name you know.
