PRE-Stress is a structural design and analysis software, by StruSoft, that helps you run calculations on many types of prestressed concrete elements including hollowcore slabs; slabs; beams; sloped beams and double tees. The program is based on a 2D FEM-engine for accurate numerical solutions and precise results.

The software considers the whole life cycle of the prestressed element across all the production stages from the casting in the factory; de-tensioning; storage; transportation; lifting and handling; right through to the final placement in the building. Cracking occurring in the early stages of the element lives on throughout the calculation, affecting the calculations in the final stages.
