Marking the 5th anniversary since the release of Chronos' double-album “When Mars Meets Venus” -which had the down-tempo CD “Mars” and the ambient soundtracks CD “Venus” included together.
The album "Mars" was based on the books of Ivan Efremov – who is one of the greatest Russian Soviet writers. His stories “The hour of Bull”, “Andromeda’s Nebula”, along with many others have influenced many young, curious open minds.
Since his release, Nick Klimenko has had a lot of positive feedback about his album. Some of his tracks were featured in advertisements and his smooth chillout sounds echoed through many of the dance floors globally.
With new developing technologies, Nick recently re-mastered one of his older tracks “Achronon” – meaning “out of time” in the ancient Greek language. The track is from one of his best albums “Mars” which was released on Altar Records.
His inspiration to re-create is to breathe new life into old tracks and give listeners and DJ’s an opportunity to re-discover the cosmic story throughout the infinite celestial sounds.
The artwork is done by Ilya Turbin, a great friend, and art designer from Russia and it is dedicated to Alex Sparky, his beloved brother, who passed away in 2012 when the original album was released.
Released November 26, 2017
