I love Senator Kennedy, but it felt like he was just killing time and not asking hard questions.

The supreme court has been ignoring the US Constitution for years. A simple example is the 2nd amendment which a group of judges thought they knew more than the founders. Instead of revising the Constitution (and there is a way) they just made rulings that infringe upon our 2nd Amendment constitutional rights. There are no footnotes stated in the constitution that allow law makers and law breakers to assume that the 2nd Amendment can be infringed upon in certain cases and these cases also does not prohibit any weapons. Let that sink in.
