Polaris Ranger 900 Full Transmission Build Part 1 |3BR OFFROAD

We had our buddies bike back in the shop after a beat down at Hog Waller a few weeks ago. Pretty much broke everything inside the transmission minus the reverse chain we up in a few months back. Now its getting an upgraded snorkel gear, turf delete, and a 27% gear reduction.

Here are the part numbers for the 2 different gear reductions you can get, they are all oem Polaris parts. ALso below are the links for the reast of the parts used in this build.

27% reduction - 3235451 & 3235450
12% reduction - 3235380 & 3235381

great and informative video. Hoping someone is still monitoring this page. I have a question. I found a mostly good transmission case to replace mine on my 2018 Ranger 900 XP. The guy that has the case broke his snorkel gear. It has similar damage like you showed around where the snorkel gear sets. But the rest of the case is in good shape with no cracks that I can see. Can I use this case even though it has that small area chewed up inside where the snorkel gear sets?
