It’s impossible to fall asleep that fast . I have bad insomnia can take me up two ‘ 2 hours to sleep fall deeply asleep. Can’t shit my head down. Which screws my whole life up . Never got any energy down a lot . Lots stuff menapause 51 years old female. It’s so hard . Just put this on’ but still be up at least 3 times in nite . Let’s no 🙏😜🇬🇧jh.
