Oscar Primary Care is dedicated to supporting those living with chronic conditions. So if you’re living with diabetes, high blood pressure, or any other chronic issue, your primary care provider, and your dedicated Oscar Primary Care team work with you to make things easier.

*Virtual Primary Care is available in 2022 to Oscar members on Bronze, Silver, and Gold individual & family plans in all of Texas, Miami, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Palm Beach, FL, and Denver, CO. Virtual Primary Care is also available to Oscar members enrolled in non-standard Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans in New York, and to Cigna + Oscar members in Georgia and Tennessee on select Bronze and Silver plans.
