Just want to point out, MEDICALLY RECOGNIZED chronically I'll people have many appointments. Just because someone isn't at the doctors all the time doesn't mean their not sick or not as sick as they say or anything like that. I think people forget that chronically Ill people are also poor and black and queer and women. All people who frequently get denied Healthcare

Would this new plan enable patients to meet with "clinicians" for more than 15 minutes at a time, & get reliable access to treatments other than prescription pills?
