In this video, I attempt to recreate an ancient Mesopotamian dish called Tuh’u, based on a 4,000-year-old recipe preserved on clay tablets in the Yale Babylonian Collection.

This recipe is one of the oldest known to still exist today. As part of my Honor’s History Project, I take you through the process of bringing this ancient dish back to life in the modern world!
