African governments need to start an international media campaign to reverse the negative image and stereotypes of what's portrayed. I visited Ghana and was shocked at how insanely beautiful the country is.

Africa needs to have its own media to show the world the truth. All we know about it is what Hollywood n the western media portrays. Even here in the US, we see the continent as poor, underdeveloped, and unsafe

Greetings from Singapore. Can't blame the Chinese for being ignorant, even for us in South East Asia, in cosmopolitan Singapore, many often associated black we saw as from America (Hollywood movie influence), then later as we grow up, we were brainwashed by western media depicting African continent as a place of poverty, famine, and malnutrition. In the recent past I saw a YT video posted by a Chinese entrepreneur (from China), who migrates to one of the african nation (can't remember the name but not nigeria) and after a few years brought his parent and his family to start a farm and they prefer to stay there for good. He said he ignorantly thought Africa must be a very hot place that cause the African to have black skin and was surprised Africa in fact has very good and cool weather. Another documentary showcase a South African studying medicine in China and doing medical research on solving the problem in african children that has a certain deficiency in their body which hinder them from absorbing nutrients from food, and not due to lack of food or famine, as he angrily corrected the interviewer for the misconception.
I am thankful for such frank and unpretentious interview. Thumbs up!

It is surprising to see that the majority of people are positive to you and not racist

The aunties comment was so interesting about Africans and Chinese not having the same values. How would you know since you never been? I think it is the opposite A lot of African ethnic groups have similar cultural values as Asians. They are family oriented, education focused, and financially driven. I'd love for you to do a video showing the contrast between people in rural China vs city. Not focused on Blackness but showing the diversity in ethnic groups within China itself.

Your video is interesting and fun. There are many people in the U.S. and the West who think of China as a poor country. But there are actually a lot of poor people.

Indeed, as a Chinese, most of my negative impressions on black people come from black people in the United States, such as extreme racial discrimination, which is also mostly from white people in the United States against black people and black people against Asian people. The impression of Africa can only be based on the country's aid to Africa, the Chinese people's experiences in Africa posted on Douyin (mostly in remote areas), and the fact that you can pay money to invite African brothers to celebrate your birthday. In addition, my understanding of Africa was limited to the wild beasts such as deserts and rainforests in Animal World. We are both third world countries and good brothers who can support each other. China and Africa should work together for common development. Thanks to youtubers for Posting the video!

Your videos are just amazing and so interesting! I am American in California, I think you're so brave to interview people who are not educated with diversity.. unfortunately people here in the US are ignorant and racist. I'm amazed envious of how you can speak such a difficult languages so well and I love travel, love to just get on a bus and go- wherever it takes me! As a woman alone, (I have traveled alone many times, but traveling is a different feat as a woman alone. Love your videos ❤️
