It seems to be mostly because of pay, well in my opinion. Not many companies want to pay people what they are worth. I faced this many time times with having a Bachelors degree and over 10 years or so of customer service positions. This has me taking a job to make ends meet until I find a company that is willing to pay. This is definitely a good topic. Some of these companies would rather keep hiring people than paying people well. I believe this would decrease the turnover rate.

Yup Ive been noticing this they hire just to fill “seats” they see their lower level employees as expendable talk and treat them any kind of way. Thats why the turn off rates are so high.

Ima keep this as cute as possible, the company I work for told us last year they were going to lay people off this year. Meanwhile, they still TO THIS DAY have job postings up. 😒 And are planning another lay off.

It’s true. I’ve experienced this in different ways of cost cutting since the pandemic hit

Since 2021 I have worked at least 5 different wfh jobs. I realize most of these companies just look at you as a body to fill in for a position with horrible training resources, poor management also. I was all optimistic about the jobs I worked but poor management is just one of the key reason I just lost myself and lost interest in the job overall. You can ask all the questions when working a job I just feel to a point everything revolves around productivity and how fast you pick up on something rather than having the proper training to excel in the job. I do feel when a job has a high turnover rate it is the company's fault because they're not doing the diligence to keeping employees happy honestly.

Question to ask in the interview would be, if this will turn into an onsite position?

I got laid off and have been applying for these work-from-home jobs that are listed on YouTube, and still get rejected. I filled out so many jobs on these YouTube channels that everyone was posting, still got rejected from all these jobs. I don't want to feel like giving up and going on Indeed or Zip Recruiter 💔😞
