Hi Carlson, Grant (the diver doing the voice over) is referring to the slinger fish you can see in the foreground (from about 2:48). They are a member of the seabream family (Sparidae) and are endemic to Southern Africa. Later in the clip he talks about the domino damsels (at about 3:05).

I lost a 2, 000 dollar propeller on the southeast corner. I dump all me used oil and old batteries on that spot to shave down the growth. A little does go a long way.
