I'm 73 and own my father's razor blade sharpener. It operates very similar to this one and still works well.

- Where is the support for the rod that allows the razor clamp to pivot?

- Where is the support for the idler pulley for the drive belt?

There is nothing supporting the inner end of the arm where the spring connects and nothing supporting the idler pulley🤭🧐

Если внимательно посмотреть, то видно как эксцентрик давит на вал шестерни опуская её в низ, зубья шестерни попадают в отверстия на нижнем диске и происходит переворот лезвия, когда эксценрик проходит вал шестерни она поднимается вверх и выходит из зацепления с нижним диском, верхний диск делает полный оборот и процес повторяется, а пружина через вал подымает шестерню и опускает лезвие, надеюсь я правилно понял?

Sometimes it rotates the razor blade exactly as the handle is going over it. If you don't pay attention, it cuts your hand easily.

Piece is missing that lifts the blade to hit the teeth. As of now, it magically knows when the teeth are coming and puts itself in place.

if we really want to be picky, either you keep the blade radial to the abrasive disc or the sharpening will be done badly
