As a 23 year old there is one piece of advice I have for everyone younger than me:
I have felt a lot of pressure to have my first kiss, my first relationship and sex. I thought to myself "aaahh what if I get into university but I'm still a virgin", but honestly, no one cares! I've been in university for 4 years now and no one in my friend group would judge anyone for that. I realized the pressure was just made up by myself. I regret because I wanted to have sex as a 16 year old, so I did, and the guy I did it with later turned out to be abusive.

Advice from a someone who's a big sister: ditch the concept of finding "the one". Instead, reframe and try to find "one of them". There is no "one" person for you, there likely are several people in the world that you would be happy with. And if you are in a happy relationship, you've already found one of Them! It's important to be best friends first and in love second. Relationships are work, they are partnerships, they are about communication and building trust. If both of you can foster that in your relationship, you are with one of the good ones.

To add onto the kpop question, something that stopped me from having a negative relationship with it was to be real with myself and the face truth. Idols are physically smaller than me (bone structure wise) and i will never be able to be that small unless i want to put myself in harm. they are doing intense cardio almost everyday, have to watch what they eat and some of them have surgery to meet the standards set in SK. So there is no point in comparing myself because we are such different people. Always have and always will. And thats okay!
