“Budget” while often used with meanings of affordable doesn’t directly mean affordable or cheap, it simply means it isn’t over the top or expensive beyond reason. So yes, this laptop for 1.2k ish is very budget friendly for what that money gets you.

I am a lefty and personally i about never use a laptop's mouse.I only use it if i really have to and i still use my left hand.I use a norrmal wired mouse.I have wireless but man i was in the middle of a battle online and my mouse died so now i use wired😁
