Hello- our dual reclining sofa suddenly went dead last night. All connections are good, but the ac adapter has a flashing green light when plugged in. That light goes solid (as it looks when its operating correctly) as soon as I disconnect any connector down-line from the ac adapter. Anyone have any ideas? Cheers!

Hello. I have a TMR470 Aztec. The power works, moves the chair up and back, but I found a big spring on the floor and it looks like one side of it has broke off. The chair now leans considerably to one side and one of the moving parts from the lift is rubbing against the wood and causing it to break. What can I do? Please help. Thank you very much.
