Just a quick warning as I own quite a few of the Laertes assets. They're great, when they work, but they're obviously made with Unreal in mind & the Unity ports aren't always "intact" - missing meshes, textures, etc. The Paris Street, for example, that's included in this package has blank spaces where some building facades were supposed to be, so you're left with windows floating in space. I had similar issues with a few of their other assets as well. All that aside, as I said, the ones that work correctly are stellar as is the responsiveness of the support crew (they were kind enough to let me swap out the "broken" assets for other, better ones). For the price, you really can't beat it, but I thought it worth mentioning all the same. My 2c, and that's all. 😆

Good video to watch while having my coffee and home baked cookies. I will definitely will be getting this to see what I can use in future project. I can probably use the subway and abandoned pool packs in my current project. And obviously some of those random props here and there. Thanks.

I absolutely love their assets but just a fair warning, some of their parts are "solid" for example the cable laying work in the demo scene of the arcade asset is all one big part.
they obviously used a script or function on their side to be able to move the cable parts in an easy way so it fits the demo scene but that is not included in the unity scene.
if you only need to use certain parts of it or you use the demo scenes as is? they are amazing

i am seeing this lots of trend of selling pack in discount, but most of the artist dont care about the optimization, like poly count, texture atlas etc. which create big issue in performance and it becomes extra burden for developers to re-optimize.

Nowhere to put code. Charged me 100 dollars and I went to download part of the package it took me off package page and when I went back to the package page I just bout it says I had no purchase " Want is the deal man, am I not doing something right?
