Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274, 800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

Now you should make a blend portfolio for every age group. One portfolio for people in their 20`s, thirty`s, forty`s, fifty`s, 60`s and retired.

I've 70% in SCHD and 30% JEPI.. I'm retiring early and it's a perfect balance for my needs.

I will be 37 years this April 2023 and I just made my first million dollar from the least expected way, StockTrading! Now I’m diversifying to real estate. Great video, very informative, thank you.

This is the best video so far !!!! you need to build on it ..making different videos/portfolios (as a suggestion of stock/ETF to pick, not financial advice) from different retirement timelines ...like someone starting investing right at 20 to 60, one from, 30 to 60, one from 40 to 60, and one from 50 to 65 ish lol yeap some people are late to this lol ...I think you stumbled into something that may become an ebook...you write it and I'll buy it !!!

It is irrelevant to compare SCHD to QYLD because they are two very different products designed to work in 2 very different ways. It says so right in the fund names - one is a dividend etf and the other is a covered call etf. SCHD is built for dividend yield and growth over time and generates its entire yield from the dividends of its underlying holdings. QYLD underlying holdings have essentially no dividends and it generates its entire yield from covered call options. This is why the "yield" fluctuates every single month and doesn't grow over time like traditional dividend stocks and etfs. It's entirely reliant on the amount of premiums it collects from selling covered calls. Nothing against you or this video, its just comparing apples to oranges.

Excellent presentation! I’d consider this a must watch for any DGI or income-focused investor. $SCHD is still king for sure! 🤴

Pinpoint content. I love the CashFlow Quadrant concept as a visual tool. When I heard the reference, I immediately thought of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. This Quadrant is pinpoint to Equity/ETF investing and where I am at now. I appreciate the topical discussion points on Tax considerations in terms of the investment (QYLD vs SCHD vs REITs) and the type of account. When watching your quadrant assignments, I envisioned a tool that I could enter some datapoints about my current situation (age, retirement target, type of accts, priority of div yield vs growth), that would show me AJRs (Avg Joe Recommendations) for investment Equities/ETF for the type of account. Love your channel Joe. GREAT STUFF.

The ETF and stock markets are still quite volatile, just like the property market. My $670K portfolio is down by 25% even as the stock market is on the rise lately. what’s the best way to correct my portfolio?

Just getting started in dividend ETFs and wanted to learn more. Your Cash Flow Quadrant was very helpful. Thanks

Ideally the perfect ETFs for me are diversified, has dividend growth, some capital growth or just preservation if the yield or dividend CAGR is high. Taxes are a scam but I like the lower volatility of my portfolio even if I have to pay a few extra dollars at the end of the year to people living off my hard work.

QYLD is one of the worst CC funds, SCHD is great if you have a long time horizon, but the yield is pretty low for middle-aged folks. I think DIVO, XYLG, RYLG, BST, and their ilk would be a happy medium for many. I do an all of the above strategy with all of those (including SCHD) plus JEPI, JEPQ, XYLD, & XRMI in a taxable account. BST distributions are 95% long term distributions, making it a volatile but reasonable choice for taxable accounts held longer than 1 year. DIVO has around 50% qualified dividends and is less volatile, the two could be an acceptable taxable combination, maybe adding SCHD too for more qualified dividends and dividend growth. :)

Great video. SCHD shines in growth, cap appreciation and tax efficiency. Yield is not too shabby. I added a bunch this week.

Have you considered adding CONY to a portfolio? It might be worth analyzing its potential as an investment opportunity.
