How to install and activate Kaspersky Internet Security 2018

Thanks for making the video. It shows your customers how a standard installation should go. However I think the video needs to be a bit longer and show people what to do when other Kaspersky error messages come up. After all I think that's why most people are viewing this video - they are having issues with a newly purchased product at some stage of the installation. A few screen shots of the most common error scenarios and messages (and what to do!) would be really helpful.

In our case the order, payment, activation code and downloading of our new product went smoothly.

However at the stage of the video where the message box "Everything is ready to install" box came up (like in your video) it doesn't give us the option to tick the box automatically delete conflicting programmes like your video shows.

Instead we're getting an error message which says "You already have a Kaspersky Lab product installed. We recommend that you cancel the current installation."

Hmmm Yes - we know we already have a Kaspersky Lab product installed - but it is due to expire in 7 days. That's why we bought the new product - coz the old one is close to expiry :)
Hmmm - Kaspersky recommend that we cancel the current installation - okay if Kaspersky recommend we cancel the installation then we'd better not go ahead with the installation :)

Hmmm - so we've upgraded and purchased a new Kaspersky product to protect 5 devices but Kaspersky is recommending we don't install the protection we purchased from them on our main PC. I tried skipping the installation on the PC like it recommended and tried to install it on the tablet instead (as one of my other devices to be protected). This only heightened my confusion, because clicking on the link on the tablet is leading to a link in the play store to a free Kaspersky product - not the protection we paid for.

So where to from here???

P.S. We've been using Kaspersky products for 8+ years and never really had issues like this when trying to renew them. The only thing that has changed is this time we have upgraded our protection and purchased a Kaspsersky product that says it is suitable for protecting 5 devices. In the past the Kaspersky protection we purchased was for 1 device.

Last month I used the trial version of Kaspersky seriously amazing antivirus protection it saved my PC from threat and today purchased the pack it was easy to enter the activation code and renew the licence.

Why i click at the delete files and it request to restart the computer. I restart it and after done restart it still the same files and asking me to delete again and keep cycle like this. Endless.
The files which are McAFee Antivirus Software and McAfee site advisor.
May I know what should i do and what it become like this?

I purchased a 3 users internet security product ..but inside no cd to install and when i go to the site kaspersky site there is way to install it by buy it from online then why kaspersky selling product key without cd. i just become annoyed by it..now what to do?
