Love this video! I mix up my own taco seasoning in an old empty spice jar. I just dump all the ingredients in and give it a shake. Then I store it with my other spices. Saves me a lot of time when I need taco seasoning, and it doesn't have the extra fillers that taco seasoning packets have.

Kim I love to buy turkey when it’s on sale around the holidays, and make my own ground turkey. It is cheaper and I can add in my own spices to “flavor” my meat. It really is a game changer!

I saw an episode of Good Eats with Alton Brown where he tests the myth about not using water to wash mushrooms and found it’s totally fine to wash them with water. He weighed them before and after rinsing to see how much was absorbed. It’s also faster then individually wiping each one. I know we all like time savers so hope that helps.
