It depends. Once a girl didn't contact me for a week, I didn't double-text, but then I unexpectedly saw her with friends. She seemed absolutely depressed. I didn't approach her because of the friends, but I later messages her, telling I'd seen her being very sad and asking if she was well. This really turned her on.
