This made me remember that one sheep that ran away, and was found 6 years later in the wild.

It had accumulated a lot of wool (can't remember if it was 50 or 100 lb), so no wolf could bite it to death. It literally survived because of being so fluffy.
So, it'd be interesting to see how a wild species of sheep would fare off without human intervention. Would it die off because wolves target the younger ones that didn't get their wool armor yet? Would the adults develop the behaviour to protect their young, so the species can survive? And if so, would they survive possible infections due to having it harder to pòop because of being completely covered in wool?

I think that in 50 thousand years, the descendants of today's grey squirrels would be larger and far more intelligent than what they are today.

Seeing that cats are the only animals we share our lives with that are considered 'semi domesticated', I'm pretty sure they got this.

2:50 - if the ice caps melted then the gulf stream would shut down, which would bring monsoon type rain seasons to the sahara.

I love speculative biology... I even have my 6 year old toying with the idea. He'll draw a predator and a prey species and give them both new adaptations that coincide with how the other has evolved. He's a smart kid so he puts some pretty good thought into it and then asks me what I think. I love that he enjoys biology and nature like I do.
