Soft Fluffy ( Lofthouse - Style ) Sugar Cookies | EmzyCooknBake

Hey everyone...I hope you guys like my version of Lofthouse-style cookies. These type of cookies are one of my family favorite easy to grab cookies at the store. I finally decided to make my version of these cookies that they been asking it for a long time. LOL! I hope you guys like this video and Please don't forget to Like and subscribe. Enjoy! :-)

Dry Ingredients:
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour + 3 Tbsp AP-flour for later
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Buttercream Frosting:
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp milk
2 drop of food coloring of your choice
sprinkles (of your choice)
