My computer already re-started before I saw your helpful tip. I clicked on history and then the 20 tabs. The tabs failed to open. When I clicked on history again, they are gone. Now what? Is there anything I can do to restore them or is it too late? Thank you.

it restores tabs but not windows, so if you want to restore everything from previous session including all tabs and windows then I suggest you try using the "tab session manager" extension, after installing the extension just go to settings, then scroll down to see Startup Behavior when starting the browser, then turn on "open previous session" and that's it.

I am so frustrated, I can't seem to find anything on my problem. Maybe you can help me??? My cat walked across my keyboard the other day. I had 2 diff browsers open Brave and Firefox each with multiple tabs open, they disappeared. I relaunched Brave and it opened with one blank tab (I have it set to 'open where I left off'. I right clicked and chose to reopen closed window and my previous Brave session seemed to swipe in from the left with all my previous tabs. This was same for my Firefox browser and it now happens this way on each start up when I launch my browsers. I have searched and searched and I cannot find an answer.

This was already set like that. I restarted my computer, reopened Chrome, for some reason lately I've had to resign back into Chrome, which I didn't used to have to do. But on top of that, this time, only a few of the tabs I had open came back, not all.

Hi MDTech, perhaps you can help for some reason the top part of of my menu is partially missing eg: the word file on the menu reads half way down meaning I see half or from the middle of the f.

I found it!... In Chrome hold down Ctrl+Shift, and then press T. This will open the most recently closed tab in that window. Keep holding down Ctrl+Shift, and press T again and it will open the next most recently closed tab in that window. Keep doing this and eventually all of that window's tabs will be open. Do it again and it will open the next most recent WINDOW with all its tabs at once. Repeat until you have gone back in history as far as you'd like.
