The B52 and 707 are legends. The B52 will be 100 when its retired and KC's are just being replaced and the AWACS replacement was cancelled years ago. Boeing built some magic with these two planes.

We are one of the few countries the old engines on it others did the upgrade it would be able to take off and spot faster and use shorter runways burn less fuel. But their talking about building s new version of it

The AWACS'es still seem to be big polluters. And the range is insane. Do you really need that wide radar range?
