I just realized that the key here to this battle with “not is simply feeling attached to your own inner flow of energy. Just to fully feel how the energy from the source flows within us. And its so harmonious, peaceful, refreshing and simply beautiful! While still feeling it then to observe everything else around us. And the whole life experience amazingly turns more pleasant, more beautiful and even somehow easier. Don’t let thought to dominate and become your main experience, constantly remind yourself and go back to that sensational energetic state. Thats pretty much why we need meditation so much. Just like newborn babies, they are obviously very attached to their inner energy and sensations, yet they enjoy the life to the fullest 💙

RJ, I have to start by saying I truly love you; from my soul. It’s so easy to get misconstrued with “spiritual information” these days, that people are getting burnt out or waiting for something or someone to save them. I catch myself at times as well. I have read two of your books and they have shed so much light. My mantra all day is, ” The body is nothing.” At first nothing happened, but as days went by I felt the shift within. I have severe CPTSD and I have multiple chronic illnesses and I am glad I found this video. I like it bc I often feel like some things are not good for my mental health. An example is all the posts that list 10 signs you have cptsd or negative behaviors of a person with cptsd. I resent the stereotyping and the fact that a lot may be true I don’t think constantly watching or reading it helps me.
You seem to get to the actual core. I am hoping that you can help me be alive again. Thx 😢

Desire and imagination is the beginning of creation, in a previous video RJ mentioned to ask yourself where the desire is coming from, is it coming your ego mind / body or from your true / higher self? So desire should start from the heart or love, because the heart has its own neurons or nervous system, so it’s like a brain and will actually send signals to and control the brain and body when leading from the heart or your higher-self 💚
