Had a continental clean slip on me, just before it was at my shoulders - 3 weeks ago now, had a pain in my lowerarm after, 3 weeks later - no real pain but I cant extend my elbow completely, i need the last few degrees compared to my other arm, been doing this for a few days now and I can slowly start to flex it into position again, a slight pain but its getting better. Doctors couldnt figure it out and wanted me on all sorts of meds and going through a load of scans.. Thank you! :D

I tried digestive (proteolytic) enzymes in conjunction with "novel movement stretching", and stretching in general, and just made it a point to be extra careful. If it's painful, ice and rest the area only...The goal was to break down the scar tissue, which was causing the popping sensation in my case. This worked well.

thanks I can't get full flexion on my left arm, I noticed big difference after only a couple excruciating minutes of rolling the area just above my elbow and i tried the exercise with the band also. I took before and after photos and the improvement is pretty surprising after only such a short time... thanks again

Hi, my name is Wagner and I have a condition which makes difficult to do some of this exercises. My arms doesn't get 100% straight in 180º, something betweeen 160 to 170º. I am never able to reach the lock out position. To support my body in my arms is always a matter of effort and strength. As well with my legs. I have knock knees. I can not align my legs and have my feet together. This is very embarrassing and frustrating for me. Any help with this? I appreciate!

Are these good for cubital sydrome? Xfitter dealing with tingly picky and ring finger and pain on posterior side of elbows. They pop if I fully extend them..

I had surgery to restore a partially torn tricep earlier this year. Locking out to full extension occasionally gives me an uncomfortable feeling, but no pain. Are these mobilizations safe/good for me to perform? Could it help me deal with that discomfort from getting to full extension?

When you say 'flossing' and 'tacking' are you speaking of the same technique?
Similar to 'pin-and-stretching'?

Hi, I've had issues with my elbows not locking out or fully extending to 180 my whole life. I've never been injured and it's both elbow they probably only extend to about 150ish. I'm thinking it's some genetic problem. Either way I don't see how the anatomy of the elbow would limit my range of motion. Seem like I should be able to stretch or work them straight over time. I've tried here and there with no success. Is it a lost c

Are you aware of people rehabbing grappling injuries with these exercises?
