I left Christianity, became Muslim and was headed down the Shia path. Alhamdulilah he guided me to the follow the Quran, sunnah, all under the understanding of the early Sahaba. One thing that struck me was how Shia worship the Imams and even call on them as intermediaries. It felt identical to Christianity and how I used to call on Jesus. I came to Islam to worship Allah and Allah alone.

A much needed video. I also left Shiaism when I came across this channel through one of your old video, where you were debating a shia girl. And since then i waited every day for someone to come on your stream and discuss this sect with you. Because i also struggle with convincing my family that all this is not Islam. But every time they would make me feel guilty by saying things like you are degrading Ahl e bait. And that no matter what you do now Allah is not going to accept that from you. Plus the ambiguous ayats from the quran that they show me to prove their points it's just so difficult for me to deal with them logically. Thank you brother Ali for making this video.

I left shiism in 2008 and accepted Islam and Sunnah, back then it was hard because there was less awareness about shi'a, there wasn't much content or support but now alhamdulillah i see so many shi'a leaving it and coming to the haqq.

I was brought up as a shia from Iran as well, Alhamdulillah Allah guided me to the true Islam. Sadly, majority of Iranians have become Islamophobes due to the corrupt version of the shias, thinking that is the real Islam.

I am from Kuwait, i was Shia and my whole family, i always founded their beliefs are always nonsense but i kept being a Shia until i really fell in love with the Quran, always asking Allah alone for guidance, until 2 years ago i sat with a Shia Sheikh, he was not clear and used false evidence with bad understanding, i knew something was off about it but then i realized that Shia Kuwait is different than other Shia because they lived with Sunni Muslims so they don’t do direct sherk, meanwhile i submitted to god and his words and saw Sunni is the only true path that follows Quran

I am an ex-Shia originally from Afghanistan and I am a Sayyid. After reading the entire Quran with the intention of seeking the truth back in 2013, I realized that the foundations of Sunni belief is mentioned in details in explicit verses multiple times while the foundations of Shia belief is not only not found in the Quran but it in fact warns against those concepts which is the foundation of Shiaism. Therefore, I was faced with two alternatives:

1) Either I ignore the clear message of the Quran and continue being a Shia because it is difficult to accept that I have been wrong up until this moment and just continue believing what I have been growing up with because its convenient, or

2) Literally implement the meaning of the word ´´Muslim´´ which means submission to the will of Allah swt, and with all humility and genuinety accept the message of the Quran even if it has been against my belief all the time up until now.

Of course, with the guidance of Allah swt, I ended up choosing the second alternative, and since 2013, I am a proud Muslim who follows pure tawhid and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. Ever since then I feel an inner peace and security for disassociating myself from shirk and superstitious beliefs, rituals and practices.

My advice to the sincere Shias is to read the Quran and as you are reading it constantly ask yourself whether you see the core beliefs of Shiaism in it or not, without resorting to word-games, weird analogies, twisted examples from every day life or using weak and fabricated narrations.

Praise Allah for All His Favours

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ يُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ ، مَنَّ عَلَيْنَا فَهَدَانَا وَأَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا ، وَكُلَّ بَلَاءٍ حَسَنٍ أَبْلَانَا ، اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ غَيْرَ مُوَدَّعٍ وَّلَا مُكَافَأٍ وَّلَا مَكْفُوْرٍ وَّلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ ، اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ أَطْعَمَ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ ، وَسَقَىٰ مِنَ الشَّرَابِ ، وَكَسَا مِنَ الْعُرْيِ ، وَهَدَىٰ مِنَ الضَّلَالَةِ ، وَبَصَّرَ مِنَ الْعَمَىٰ ، وَفَضَّلَ عَلَىٰ كَثِيْرٍ مِّنْ خَلْقِهِ تَفْضِيْلًا ، اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi-lladhī yuṭʿiumu wa lā yuṭʿam, manna ʿalaynā fa-hadānā wa aṭʿamanā wa saqānā, wa kulla balā’in ḥasanin ablānā, al-ḥamdu lillāhi ghayra muwaddaʿin wa lā mukāfa’iw-wa lā makfūrin wa lā mustaghnan ʿanh, al-ḥamdu lillāhi-lladhī aṭʿama mina-ṭ-ṭaʿām, wa saqā mina-sh-sharāb, wa kasā minal-ʿurā, wa hadā mina-ḍ-ḍalālah, wa baṣṣara mina-l-ʿamā, wa faḍḍala ʿalā kathīrim-min-khalqihī tafḍīlā, alḥamdu-lillāhi Rabbi-l-ʿālamīn.

All praise is for Allah who feeds and is not fed. He favoured us, and thus guided us, blessed us with food and drink, and bestowed upon us every favour. All praise is for Allah, a praise which we will never bid farewell to, a never-ending praise, an accepted praise and an indispensable praise. All praise is for Allah who provided food and drink; who clothed us, guided us from error, removed our blindness and favoured us greatly over many of His creation. All praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds.

Abū Hurayrah (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) narrates: “A man from the Anṣār from the people of Qubā invited the Prophet ﷺ for a meal. When he ﷺ had finished eating and had washed his hands, he said [the above].” (Nasā’ī in Sunan al-Kubrā 10060, Ibn Ḥibbān 2024)

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: دَعَا رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ أَهْلِ قُبَاءٍ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَانْطَلَقْنَا مَعَهُ، فَلَمَّا طَعِمَ وَغَسَلَ يَدَهُ، أَوْ يَدَيْهِ عَلَيْنَا قَالَ: «الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ، مَنَّ عَلَيْنَا فَهَدَانَا وَأَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا، وَكُلَّ بَلَاءٍ حَسَنٍ أَبْلَانَا، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ غَيْرَ مُوَدَّعٍ، وَلَا مُكَافَئٍ وَلَا مَكْفُورٍ، وَلَا مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ، وَسَقَى مِنَ الشَّرَابِ، وَكَسَا مِنَ الْعُرْيِ، وَهَدَى مِنَ الضَّلَالَةِ، وَبَصَّرَ مِنَ الْعَمَى، وَفَضَّلَ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ تَفْضِيلًا، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.
