You should show the anchor bolt closeup for a few secs so we know. You stuck it in too fast without showing it first.

Fastest bearing removal I've ever done. Cheers to you.
Only trouble was sourcing the correct size. For my 15mm front bearings I used a "red head" 5/8 sleeve anchor with the head sanded down a touch and had to relief slot the sleeve to get it to go in. Worked like a charm

Hi fella it's 2024, and I came across your vlog. And cor blimey it works. Great tip and cheap to buy and, as you say, a very fast way of getting the bearings out. Thanks fella

Absolute bloody legend mate! Was too easy.

Nice, but this is a little bit harder on the front wheel.

You may require heating with a torch or a burner and liberal usage of wd40.

Good video, just remember to hold the hammer at the end of the hammer shaft, so you let the hammer do the work.

Absolutely brilliant idea. I had to google anchor bolt to know what it is and how it works. Do you think it will work on steering head bearings?

Very smart bearing puller people are going to be pissed at you, ha ha

Doing another rebuild of my MotoGP scoot. Have gone through it with a fine tooth comb, pulling out all the dodgy bits & replacing them with the best kit I can manage. The smaller 2T bikes are my thing. Says NTN on the bearings. Learned the hard way that one should make sure that the real NTN or any other kind must be authentic. The cheap Chinese mystery metal bearings are rubbish and must be avoided. Cheers

Where did you get the bolt to do this from? Been into multiple B&Q’s and local hardware shops and can’t find this damn bolt, please advise 🙏

force fit ...the bolt this covers the hole
at the opposite side ...provides an area to punch
or weld a small across the bearing hole
same way punch it at the other side
good idea
