Interesting observation. In 1987, I did not know I had stepped over a dead man in the streets of Portland, OR. I thought he was sleeping. When I got to my office and looked out of the window facing the same street, I stepped over him. The ambulance was there, and the body was on the gurney. The body was curled up they could not straighten him out. My reaction was okay he died. His circle of life was complete. I held my daughter hand as she died. Her circle of life had been fulfilled. Oh, of course I was devastated.
