I used to manage corporate coffee shops. It is ridiculous neither manager in the first story didn’t kick him out after the second time it happened. Running in the back cause a customer is being inappropriate and a manager agreeing to that each time he comes in is very poor managing. Your crew should not have to deal with feeling unsafe at work. Exercise your authority. That is part of why you have that position.
