Aquarium tip: you can give hats to the sea urchins! Including chicken masks. :-)

Thanks for the tips! I've built my farm to be optimized to provide everything I can possibly need. The downside to that is how ugly it all looks. I'll try to find a way to build a nice looking farm that's still super productive!

THAT AQUARIUM ROOM!! I adore it. I had to pause the video just to admire it a while. 🧡🐟 Definitely agreed with you on painting the buildings, though they look really nice in summer when everything else also has vibrant colors. I went with teal, lime green, and purple for that season.

I'm so used to min-maxing that even though I'm 8 years in game, I find it so hard to decorate. After watching this video, I'm so excited to try re-decorating again! I've painted my buildings and honestly can't find a nice combo I like, the colours are either too bright or too dull.

One of the most helpful tips for me when starting a new farm is deciding what I want to accomplish before going in. This way I can choose which map will work best and start moving towards my goals from day one.
For example, my next farm will be designed around the 4 Obelisks and I'll use the 4 Corner map with each of the corners designed around one of the obelisks....mountains, beach, desert, island. I can't wait to use some of the tips you showcased in this video!!

to be completely honest, when i think about redecorating i get overwhelmed! i’m on year 4 and have always favored an efficient farm over aesthetic, but now that i have a ton of money and no longer rly need to grind i really want to make it look pretty! i compare my farms to others and get stressed, thinking “omg where do i start”. i think i just need to remember that it’s a game and i’m supposed to have fun and make it my own! i will try and remember that lol. thank you for all the tips and ideas!

I am not that creative so I am just going to copy "your" idea with the aquariums in the shed but a bit less full. I like that a lot since it will basically clear 2 rooms in my house to fit other stuff in. Thanks and keep up the nice vids!

I personally use item spawner to give myself furniture/wallpapers after I buy the catalogs. Since the catalogs make them free anyways and I'd like to be able to search for them. Plus getting onetime quest items is fun. Can't go wrong with a shed filled with lucky purple shorts and golden lewis statues lmao
