Eevee and Pichu can be found in the first zone before you even cross the guarded bridge. Middle of day for Pichu, it can spawn around the Shinx towards the angry Luxio area. Eevee can be found in grass towards the giant Rapidash.

Don't see a video for Eevee in the description, I know I have 2 of them and my first one evolved into Espeon at level 12. You can encounter Eevee just about everywhere before you fight Mai, it spawns in random locations and so far I've only seen one spawn at a time. The hard part is sneaking up on it as Eevee in my experience will very likely run away if it spots you or try to battle it

I got pikachu ligit in the first area you come to for your basic tutorial, I couldn't belive it and he was sleeping and at only Level 4, I was stoked.

I've been trying to catch a Pikachu with a good nature since I just got the game so this is super helpful, I've caught 3 so far but they all have careful natures. I'm not too worried about getting the optimal nature I just want one that doesn't suck

Great! Very helpful. I had caught a pikachu inna different spot but couldnt get more to spawn. This location is great, i caught Pichu and several Pikachu right away

I don’t know if it’s true, but I’ve found sunny weather to have a much higher chance for spawning pikachu and pichu. Just thought I should mention it.

The first time I came to this spot there was a Pikachu and right after I caught it a pichu spawned right behind me!

i found pichu over by the north near between the water and alpha to the west of the cap that is where all the shinx and the area where beautifly are of the starting zone its in an open area so you will need to sneak up on it cause if it sees you its gone
