Remember, that is actually Hayden in that Vader suit, so it makes sense why his walking is terrifying since Hayden had been known to have great acting range in body language. I mean, have you not seen how evil he looked when he was fighting Obi Wan in Mustafar? Not only that, Hayden has been waiting for so long to play as Vader during the Prequel movies and this is his first time since Revenge of the Sith that he was in that Vader suit.
