I can't tell weather or not it's Chick or Sonny Sharrock giving off those effects at 21:20. Im pretty sure Chick had a ring modulator and I cant seem to make the difference becuase those modulators can make shit sound just the same as what Sonny's doing with the echoplex....maybe it's both
