I wish I had seen this 10 years ago. Spent all that time working 7 days a week, very few holidays. 10-16 hours ore more a day. Made very good money, but it took a toll on my health. I'm starting my own social media content agency where I make instagram/facebook photos and also video editing services for home builders. My question to you is, what is the best way to communicate with the client, as well as managing all the work flow? Clients will be sending us videos they film and our team will take them, edit them, and send them back. Is Trello ideal? I saw the owner of DesignJoy use Trello for everything. Also, if Trello is the way to go, is it manageable if I have 30+ clients who have requests everyday?
