I've had mine for almost 9 months, and I absolutely love them. However, the hinges for each ear cup have recently started squeaking, and it's driving me insane.

I bought one in March 2019 and today it just stopped working the right side. Everything else works, but the right side is muted.

can I use the ANC with the headphones connected via usb or the audio jack?? or the ANC only work in wireless mode??

How they compare with the Senheiser 4.5?
I also heard that the PXC 550 model won't work well on bumpy bus rides or anytime the vehicle hits a pothole. How true is that?
Please advise as I m on the fence between the two models

These headphones are shit, worst investment of my life. They are so so so buggy, the touch pad is shit and unresponsive, they start to turn off/on every 2 minutes on their own after 3 months of use...Please do not buy it!

NEVER buy Sennheiser  PXC 550 !!! There is issue with cable in the bar
which gets corrupted after a while and Sennheiser doesn't provide this
cable as replacement as other producers. This is completely waste of
money !!!
