I just got pair refurbished and I have no issues with touch panel not working. Mine is very responsive. Got them $159.00 Canadian ! Great value !

Just got these, and love the sound!!! The S sound harshness was noticable at first, but I quickly got used to it. As someone who owns Sennheisers that cost 10x more than these, I can say that they hold up really really well soundwise.

I'm a bit more lukewarm on the other features (agree with mostly everything in this video). However, compared to the comically bad Sony xm4s, I think I will likely be keeping these. To be frank, the Sony's sound like toy headphones compared to these.

Hey, I own ver 1 PXC550 and I like it netural sound and the comfort and quality ANC and microphone for calls compared to Momenum 3. However, I'm struggling should I upgrade from PXC 550 to version II or consider Momentum 3 or 4. I think M4 has a lot of features and utility as PXC line but sound is off, M3 people say that after tuning sound better, but its subjective, I like neutral sound of PXC550. What Im' interested if one can make M4 or M3 close to neutral to justify the swap from old PXC - in other hand moving to PXC550 v2 seems forced too, as there is little added apart from better codecs (no USBC and ambient sound).
Is there any justification to move from PXC550 to any of v2, M3 or M4?

Dude, you don't know these headphones well enough. The settings on the ANC is not what you describe it as. You clearly haven't researched why the microphones are configured the way they are. Also these headphones only connect to two devices, so there are phone 1 and phone 2... no 3 and 4 and 5. Agree with you on the sound though, the DLC does help with the harsh "ssss"'s, at least in my experience. The touch sensitivity isn't unreliable really, it just requires a particular touch, so once you get used to it they work 100%.

Supposedly, these and the momentum 3’s can play lossless music if wired to a computer. Have you tried?

How to enable or disable transparent hearing mode during calls? Usually I end up taking too loud as I am not hearing my own voice. Is there any setting to adjust the ambient sound ?

Thanks for the review I had the original pair Thought the sound was ok but as you say the right ear cup touch mode is "pieces of crap" 😂 I'm going with the Bose qc35
