So to sum up what he just said, for those who want to put this into practice, the answer is very simple,  

1. simply just fully and throroughly submit to Allah and his decree, you can do this by one obeying him, and when u get a bad experience, just take a chill pill and trust in Allah.  

2. Be aware that Allah is watching you in every moment. you can do this by just imagining Allahs presence or can be achieved through dhikr.

and you know what's amazing about this is that I've been watching quite a bit of this guys videos and every single video leads back to these 2 things right here. He even said himself something similar that the entire point of all his videos is just be aware that Allah is watching you in every moment.

All of this also connects to Salah. While praying (if you're deeply indulged in it) you forget about yourself because you're bowing before Allah (sujood) and that's the state where our vibrations become high. And being in this state our tawakkul also rises and after prayer when we make dua we know it will come true.

What I understand is that Allah is closer than our jugular vein, even closer than we realise or mindful of, this reality B is also felt when we are praying bcoz there is a hadith that states that prayer is an intimate conversation with Allah, which also means we are at a different place/reality that allows us to talk to the greatest being, that is closer than our jugular veins. @ReachMohammed please correct me if i am wrong or inaccurate.
